The Amalgamated Security Services Regional Recognition Awards Programme for Public Law Enforcement was launched 8 years ago in 2014. Since then, we have awarded many police officers in the various aforementioned categories.
The aim of this programme is to publicly recognize the outstanding work that police officers do and to highlight their commitment in serving the public through their diligent and continuous efforts in making their communities and in extension the region a safer place, free of crime and the fear of crime.
Today we congratulate the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service and more specifically Mr. Jacey Small in achieving the award of 1st Runner Up in the category of Top Community Policing Officer for the year 2020.
