How do I get started?

One of our investigators will meet with you to confidentially walk you through the information we need from you, and then we’ll take care of the rest.
How am I kept apprised of the status of my investigation?
Your ASSL Investigator will contact you regularly with updates regarding the progress on your case. You will also be provided with 24-hour contact information should you wish to contact your Investigative Team at any point. All contact is secure, confidential and only discussed with authorized management personnel in your organization.
What results can I expect and what form of evidence will I be provided?
Results depend on the type of investigation undertaken but typically will reveal information and activity relating to the inquiry. The types of evidence you can expect to be provided include all hard-evidence collected, video evidence, narrative reports, still photographs, video authentication, and an affidavit.
How do I proceed with the evidence?

On the field, we ensure that our service standard is maintained through frequent communication and site visits by management and supervisors. Our supervisors regularly visit each guarding customer assignment to ensure that our security guards are performing to the contractual requirements and in accordance with agreed instructions. In addition to ensuring that security officers understand and perform their functions, our supervisors also function as the liaison between the customer and the company. Our supervisors therefore regularly meet with the customer’s representatives to discuss security concerns and highlight any security risks.
Alternative Security St Lucia operates a 24-hour Control Room which is staffed by experienced officers and has radio and/or telephone contact with all security guards. The Control Room staff ensure that all guard posts are fully manned. The Control Room maintains contact with officers through a system of hourly calls and codes which are logged and this provides the assurance that all is in order at the specific post.
